BlkOps Fitness

I joined BlkOps in August 2020 and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’d been struggling to find a gym that checked off all of my boxes: a welcoming community, challenging but doable workouts, good people, and close to my house. Jackpot. 💪🏼 I promise, you won’t regret joining!!

Ive known this gym and attending for about 2-3 years now. Been in the best shape of my life (6-8months ago I weighed in at 161lb... now 144lb with increased muscle mass) Just pure hard work and consistency. Superb coaches, community, vibe and owners are super cool! Its super hard to move out of Wilmington because of BlkOps haha. Keep it up!

Best decision I’ve ever made was joining Blackops! Absolutely my favorite gym!! Black ops is the most friendliest, supportive gym ever!! Doesn’t matter what level you start, they help you in your fitness journey. I had no experience with a gym like black ops before joining and I never felt so supported than I do here!

I can’t say enough good things about BlkOps. As an ex-collegiate athlete I was missing the dynamic of team lifts, a coach to push me, (and correct my form) and a program to follow. The coaches are fantastic and the workouts are challenging yet manageable with different substitutes depending on your ability or past injuries. The facility is beautiful and clean. Plus, they utilize a cool app to help you track your progress. Since joining I have made progress both physically and mentally. I am extremely thankful for this place.

BlkOps has been my escape and special place for over 2 years. As mom to 2 young kids, holding 2 jobs, and a law enforcement family, my life is hectic to say the least. This gym has given me a place where I can push myself, but at the same time it meets me wherever I am, whether it is ready to do a comp or just get back into it after being away for awhile. The workouts are exciting, varied, and the coaches treat me as an individual and a valuable member of the community. It is hard to imagine myself anywhere else after my experience at BlkOps.
